Last night I went out to try my "vintage" 20 year-old CCD camera (a StarlightXpress MX516) with a little focal-reducer which I'd got recently from the Astroboot.
With the bright moonlight I hadn't planned to do any serious imaging, but the sky was clearer than I'd expected, so I decided to have a look for Comet Johnson. But as I'd not rigged up my BlueTooth interface, I had to manually enter its RA & Dec co-ordinates into my Celestron hand-control (under the User objects menu).

Another experiment: this time using my Atik 16IC one-shot colour camera on the back of my 70ED refractor:

I expect that the comet's tail is much longer than this, but the bright Moonlight made the fainter part impossible to detect.
